Terms of use

By using the Service you accept this legal notice. You agree to use it lawfully and, in particular, not to:

  • Upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights, such as copyright, image rights or personal data.
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts or data without authorization, or introduce viruses or malicious code.
  • Circumvent the security or protection measures of the Service.
  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to mislead others.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms.

Your content and AI-generated results

  • The content you upload remains yours. By uploading it, you authorize us to use it solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for what you upload; for example, from the people who appear in your photos or whose voice you clone.
  • AI-generated results may contain errors or not reflect the actual condition of the property. Review them before publishing them and, where appropriate, state that an image has been edited or generated with AI, for example in virtual staging.

Intellectual and industrial property

  • The website, software, texts, design, and the Inmoedit name and logo belong to us or to third parties who have authorized their use.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, transform or publicly communicate them, or decompile or reverse engineer the software, without our authorization, except where permitted by law.

Illegal content and points of contact

As a hosting service provider, we are not liable for content uploaded by users as long as we do not have actual knowledge that it is illegal. If we become aware of it, we will act diligently to remove it or disable access to it (Article 16 LSSI and Article 6 of the Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

If you find illegal content on the Service, for example in a public virtual tour, write to us at info@inmoedit.com stating:

  • The exact web address of the content.
  • Why you consider it to be illegal.
  • Your name and email address (except in cases of child sexual abuse).
  • A statement that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, the information is accurate and complete.

We will confirm receipt of your notice and inform you of our decision and how to challenge it.

This email address is also our single point of contact for authorities and users, in Spanish or English (Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act).

The website may include links to third-party sites that we do not control, so we are not responsible for their content. If we become aware that a link leads to illegal content, we will remove it (Article 17 LSSI).

Liability

  • The information on the website is for guidance only and may change without notice.
  • We work to keep the Service running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions due to causes beyond our control, such as failures of providers or telecommunications networks.
  • Nothing above limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights you have under consumer protection law.

Prices

The prices of the Service are shown on the Pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown during checkout, before you confirm the purchase.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction, and you will keep the protection afforded to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.

Changes

We may amend this legal notice. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
