This policy explains how we process your personal data when you use inmoedit.com, the Inmoedit iOS app or the Inmoedit Chrome extension (the "Service").

What data we process
- Account: Email address, password, name and language. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them and, in the case of Google, your profile picture.
- Profile and brand: Occupation, how you heard about us, phone number (optional), logo and brand colors.
- Billing: Billing details and payment history. Your card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
- Content: Photos, videos, audio, voices, scans and floor plans that you upload or generate.
- Usage: IP address, device and browser and, if you accept analytics and advertising cookies, how you browse the website.
- Support: The messages you send us and the details of the demos you book.
To create an account we need your email address and a password (or for you to sign in with Google or Apple), and to subscribe to a plan, your billing details. Without them we cannot provide the Service.

When you delete your account, we will erase your data except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
- Providers that help us deliver the Service: hosting, payments, email delivery, artificial intelligence models, listing imports, demo scheduling, and analytics and advertising (if you accept them). They process the data on our behalf, under contract and with the same level of protection described in this policy.
- Authorities, when required by law.
For Meta Pixel, Inmoedit and Meta are joint controllers for collecting that data and sending it to Meta. From then on, Meta processes it under its own privacy policy.
If you want to know which specific providers we use, just ask us. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.
Some providers are located in the United States or in other countries outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, a copy of which you can request from us.
Content with other people's data
If you upload content containing other people's data (for example, someone who appears in a photo or a voice you want to clone), you are the controller of that processing and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the Service. You must have their permission or another legal basis to do so.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. Write to us at info@inmoedit.com; if you have an account, please do so from its email address. We will reply within one month.
You can also object to the processing we base on our legitimate interest.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country.
