AI Music Synced to Your Real Estate Videos

VABy Victoria Alvarez8 min read

You have arranged the property photos and chosen the camera movements. Now comes the music: you find a track, try different starting points, and discover that the cut to the living room lands in a quiet section. Generating AI music synced to your video lets you create a soundtrack based on the edit you have prepared.

Inmoedit's new feature composes instrumental music for real estate videos and aims to mark scene changes with musical accents. Choose a style when creating a video from photos, and the moving images provide the reference for the music generation.

This guide explains how to enable it, which style might suit each property, and what to check before publishing.

What does it mean to generate music synced to a video?

Synced music uses the visual sequence as its reference. In Inmoedit, the video scenes are prepared first, then the soundtrack is generated to accompany them. Depending on the selected style, the composition aims to emphasize room changes with beats, brief pauses, and musical transitions.

For example, the cut from a kitchen to the living room might coincide with a percussion accent, while the rest of the scene has a more restrained accompaniment. The goal is to help viewers feel the pace of the tour while keeping their attention on the property.

Results depend on the source material and the generation. Watch and listen to the entire video to check how each transition works: choosing synced music still calls for a review of the finished edit.

Library music or AI music: which should you choose?

When configuring the video, the Music section offers two options:

OptionHow it worksWhen it may suit you
LibrarySelect an existing track. When you prefer a familiar track and want to listen before choosing.
AIChoose a style and generate a soundtrack based on the video. When you want musical accents to accompany the scene changes in your edit.

Both options let you add music within the same creation workflow. The choice depends on whether you want a particular track or a composition shaped around that property's visual tour.

How to add AI music to a real estate video in Inmoedit

1. Create a video from the property photos

Open the property project, go to Videos, click Create, and choose Video from photos. Select the images you want to use and continue to the ordering step.

If you are getting started, the guide to turning property photos into a video explains how to select rooms and build a clear visual tour.

2. Set the order and effects before generating the music

Arrange the photos in the order you want to show the property and choose an effect for each scene. Build a sequence that makes sense: open with an appealing room, guide viewers through the main spaces, and close with another selling point.

The music uses this edit as its reference. Decide what to show and how to move from one room to the next before generating it. If you later change the order or duration of the scenes, check the relationship between picture and sound again.

3. Enable Music and select AI

Continue to Configure your video, enable Music, and select the AI tab. Then choose one of the six available styles.

You do not need to write a prompt or set a tempo: the style guides the composition, and the video provides the visual reference. AI music generation adds 3 credits to the cost of the video. Check the total displayed in the form before creating it.

4. Finish configuring and create the video

You can combine music with narration and subtitles. To explain the property's features, prepare your script and select a voice before creating the video. You can also use your own cloned voice to narrate property videos.

Once the scenes have finished generating, Inmoedit prepares the music based on the edit. Wait for the process to finish and play the result before downloading it.

Which music style should you choose for a property?

All six styles generate instrumental music. The suggestions below are editorial starting points; a different approach may better suit the property and your agency's identity.

Style in InmoeditMusical characterExample use
Lo-fi trapA relaxed groove with percussion accents and bass.An urban apartment with an informal tour.
Epic cinematicA trailer atmosphere with strings and orchestral percussion.A presentation that builds toward a view or a spacious room.
Luxury deep houseA house rhythm with an elegant backing.A contemporary home with carefully styled interiors.
Upbeat pop funkGuitars and percussion with a bright feel.An energetic presentation of a family home.
Elegant pianoGentle melodies with piano accents.A calm tour focused on light and details.
Energetic electronicSynthesizers, bass, and pronounced percussion.A dynamic edit with frequent scene changes.

Consider the pace of the images as well. A slower tour needs room for viewers to take in each space; a sequence of short scenes may work with a more energetic track. Choose a style for the presentation you are creating, rather than relying only on the property's category or asking price.

Example: an apartment video with a terrace

Imagine a five-scene video: living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, second bedroom, and terrace. The terrace provides the closing selling point, while the other images explain the home's layout.

One option is Luxury deep house, giving the tour a rhythmic backing. For a quieter presentation, Elegant piano could be a starting point. In either case, the music will use that same edit as its reference.

Before creating the video, review two decisions:

  • Order: if the terrace is the main attraction, consider opening with it so viewers see it from the start.
  • Narration: if you include a voiceover, use the script to add useful facts and avoid repeating what the images already explain.

Then listen for how well the musical accents accompany room changes and whether the ending feels complete. Music supports the presentation; the photos and their order still determine what buyers learn about the property.

What to check before publishing a video with generated music

Play the video from beginning to end, ideally also through a phone speaker if that is how your audience is likely to watch. Check:

  • Scene changes: musical accents should fit the moments you want to highlight.
  • Voice and music: narration, names, and property details should be easy to understand.
  • Opening and ending: the sound should not feel as though it stops halfway through a musical phrase.
  • Consistency: the soundtrack's energy should suit the tour and your agency's tone.
  • Later edits: if you adjust scenes in the Inmoedit video editor, listen again to check the synchronization before exporting.

For social media content, the guide to real estate videos for Instagram and TikTok also covers format and scene presentation.

Frequently asked questions about AI music for videos

Do I need to find a song and adjust the cuts manually?

With the AI option, you choose a style and the music is generated from the edit. Prepare the scenes first, then review the result to check how it accompanies the picture changes.

Does the generated music include lyrics or singing?

The feature is designed to create instrumental music without singing. If you want to explain the property, you can add narration separately in the video settings.

Can I combine synced music with a voiceover?

Yes. You can enable music and add a voice to the same video. Listen to the complete result to confirm that the narration remains clear.

Does the music adjust automatically if I change the scenes later?

Generation uses the edit prepared at that point. If you later reorder, shorten, or extend scenes, review the synchronization; do not assume the track has been recomposed for those changes.

How many credits does music generation cost?

AI music costs 3 additional credits when creating the video. The form displays the total cost before you confirm generation.

To try it, prepare your next property's photos in the Inmoedit video generator, enable Music → AI, and choose the style that best accompanies the tour.
